Who Are SeeSaLT?

Specialist Paediatric Speech, Language and Communication Therapist.

My Name is Rebecca, I am a Northwest-based Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children across the NHS and local authorities. I have extensive experience supporting children aged 1 to 18 with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs. My work takes me into nurseries, schools, and family homes every day. With in-depth knowledge of the early years and primary school curriculum, I offer targeted and practical support to both preschoolers and school-aged children, helping them develop the communication skills they need to thrive.

Your child has so much to say, help them to say it with SeeSaLT.

Our Philosophy

At the core of our approach is a commitment to providing speech and language therapy that is purposeful, relevant, and fun. We believe that therapy should be both motivational and meaningful—making a real, lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we work with.

Our goal is to give every child the opportunity to reach their full communication potential. Communication is fundamental—not only to academic success but also to emotional well-being. When a child struggles with speech, language, and communication, the impact can be significant. That’s why we take a holistic, child-centred approach to everything we do.

We use a range of up-to-date tools and evidence-based techniques to gain a thorough understanding of your child’s communication needs. We recognise that early intervention is most effective, and that children learn best from the people around them. That’s why we create tailored plans that empower families with practical strategies to support their child’s development in everyday life—helping to achieve real, measurable progress.

I offer flexible assessment and therapy arrangements to suit your child’s individual needs. Throughout the process, I work closely with you and any other professionals involved in your child’s care to ensure the support provided is having a positive and meaningful impact.

Be the difference, See the difference, Hear the difference

If you’ve been trying to get support for your child, it may have felt like hitting a brick wall—uncertain of when help will arrive. We understand how frustrating and stressful that can be.

Our aim to make accessing children’s speech and language therapy as straightforward and stress-free as possible. We have strong links with colleagues in both the NHS and private healthcare settings, and we’re always keen to work collaboratively with other health, education, and care professionals. This ensures that our support is well-coordinated, consistent, and fully centred around your child’s needs.

Communication development is a complex puzzle.
